Following injury from Wednesday nights training session, I got to watch a great game against d.y.e.b.m. (green) this morning. Today Phoebe returned to the line up following her round-the-world adventure and produced the goods finding the back of the net twice. With Bec away this week, Marc donned the goalie gear and showed just how versatile he is as a player. Chris Hilly made his debut and was only prevented from making the score card by a great save from the opposition keeper. Not a bad effort for his first ever game. A good tough match saw senators 4-2 up with five minutes to play before dyebm stepped up the pressure. Conceding a goal on the quick rebound the Senators lead was cut to a goal. Locking down into defence the last 30 seconds saw eight shots either saved by Marc or ringing off the goal frame. Final score senators held on for a 4-3 win. Good work guys and girls. JS
