Food For Thought: 21 “I will let everyone who wins the victory sit with me on my throne. It was the same with me. I won the victory and sat down with my Father on his throne. (Revelation 3) Psalms 142: 4 I look around, and I don’t see anyone I know. I have no place to run. There is no one to save me. 5 Lord, I cry out to you for help: “You are my place of safety. You are all I need in life.” 6 Listen to my prayer. I am so weak. Save me from those who are chasing me. They are stronger than I am. 7 Help me escape this trap, so that I can praise your name. Then good people will celebrate with me, because you took care of me. Revelation 3 17 You say you are rich. You think you have become wealthy and don’t need anything. But you don’t know that you are really miserable, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked. 18 I advise you to buy gold from me—gold made pure in fire. Then you will be rich. I tell you this: Buy clothes that are white. Then you will be able to cover your shameful nakedness. I also tell you to buy medicine to put on your eyes. Then you will be able to see. 19 “I correct and punish the people I love. So show that nothing is more important to you than living right. Change your hearts and lives. 20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in and eat with you. And you will eat with me. Psalms 142:20 My son, pay attention to my words. Open your ears to what I say. 21 Do not lose sight of these things. Keep them deep within your heart 22 because they are life to those who find them and they heal the whole body. 23 Guard your heart more than anything else, because the source of your life flows from it. 24 Remove dishonesty from your mouth. Put deceptive speech far away from your lips. 25 Let your eyes look straight ahead and your sight be focused in front of you. 26 Carefully walk a straight path, and all your ways will be secure. 27 Do not lean to the right or to the left. Walk away from evil. We have true riches that lay in Heaven, rich or poor there is only one God to call upon. We walk another path now that we are Christian and knowing Jesus is salvation, He is real and awaits you, are you not weary? ‘Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. (Rev. 3:20) I hope that you have been helped today, if you are in need of prayer, ask those around you, we are here to help, if we can help we will. May this verse guide your day.
