Food for thought. It takes a lot for food to get to your table. We knew that before we started this journey and educating our children about this very thing is part of the reason we chose this road. Now that we are trying to provide completely for ourselves, we can tell you its much more involved than we could have imagined and one will never get rich in the monetary sense. Point is, whether its a $2 admission or a small price difference from the grocery store or a community effort, its a small price to pay for good, healthy food produced by a local farmer and they deserve alot of respect.
