But the initial symptoms of carbohydrate withdrawal in individuals who are metabolically maladjusted - fatigue, dehydration, brain fogginess - are often misinterpreted by fitness and nutritional advisors as the need for carbohydrate. Carbohydrate restriction is usually advised against. Think about that for a second...
