For Immediate Hire Drivers Development/Training Coordinator SCOPE: - Carries out the selection and tests of the drivers before hiring - Analyze drivers scores/results to implement changes to upgrade the drivers hiring qualification standards aiming at selecting the best available drivers - Ensures drivers hiring is being carried out in a procedurally compliant manner [Hiring Stds, Documents fulfillment, lead time] - Develop training [Internal and External] plans for the drivers and ensure implementation in compliance with the training policy including all administrative functions - Consult with the managers and supervisor of the departments to develop internal training programs - Evaluate effectiveness of the training - Responsible for carrying regular physical examination including drug testing for all drivers to make sure company drivers are fully qualified physically to perform all duties and functions of driving safely - Carries out leave interviews for the drivers and analyze reasons for leave to implement changes for better retention level - Monitor the drivers appraisal file and coordinate with the Logistics supervisor if needed - Provide orientation sessions for the drivers after they are being hired JOB Requirements: - Bachelor degree - Very good English - 3-5 years of experience - HR/Training background is preferred JOB Skills Required: - Professional Leadership skills - This position requires initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise - Ability to assess needs related to practices of the drivers - Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments - Strong communication skills Send your resume to mohamed.khairat@relianceegypt, mentioning in the subject Drivers Development/Training Coordinator
