For Immediate Release: August 18, 2014 Representative Tom Kirby Announces Campaign Team LOGANVILLE (August 18, 2014) | Representative Tom Kirby (R-Loganville) recently announced his campaign team in his reelection bid for Georgia House District 114. Joining Kirby’s campaign team are Mr. James Cooper and Mr. Brennan Mancil. Mr. Cooper, with his past experience and vast knowledge, will return as Campaign Manager. Mr. Mancil, an active political operative, is joining as Political Director. “I’m excited to have these two men as part of my team,” said Rep. Kirby. “Im confident that with this team we will be able to highlight the differences between myself and my Democrat opponent. Its a honor to serve as the Representative of the people of District 114, and my team and I accept the responsibility of working and earning their trust.” Representative Tom Kirby represents the citizens of District 114, which includes portions of Barrow, Gwinnett, Rockdale, and Walton counties.
