The deal includes all the G2 Intelligence operations, including newsletters, reports and events, including the industry-leading Lab Institute annual conference. This transaction is expected to close by December 31, 2014, after which PLM will issue a more detailed statement. Plain Language Media LLLP is a multi-platform B2B information service provider, with offices in New London, CT and Penticton, BC. PLM acquired the assets of Ardmore Publishing in 2013, EPM Communications earlier in 2014, and is honored to have been chosen as the new home for G2 Intelligence, a long-time thought leader in the diagnostic laboratory market. “We look forward to continuing to serve this market with value-added information products and services,” stated PLM President Mark Ziebarth.
