For Mrs. Zuckerbergs lavish return to Showbiz, I have a bonus for them both by hereby making myself clear as follows: I will proceed the case with two separate parties, Facebook n Chan Family cause these two parties have different legal statuses before law. - Mr. Zuckerberg has been in the capacity of Facebook CEO. He shall take liabilities accordingly. - Precilla Chan ( as the representatives for her family n their co-offenders), in fact, has nothing to do with Facebook. She has never ever belonged to Facebooks personnel. Accordingly, there are no related procedures, rules, principles and scope of works, responsibilities, duties n rights that stipulate n allow her to access any part of Facebook operations as well as any users accounts. - Even in the case of the written authorisation ( if any) by Mr Zuckerberg as Facebook CEO, Mr. Zuckerberg shall take full liabilities before law for the legitimacy of that authorisation. In case of no legitimate reason to do so, Mr. Zuckerberg shall take full liabilities before law n before Facebook for such violations. - In contrast, Pricilla Chan also shell take full liabilities before the legislation for the legitimacy of that authorisation acceptance. Accordingly, the scope of work n rights, in which Pricilla Chan operates on Facebook, is bound to that authorisation content n shall not go beyond Mr. Zuckerbergs scope of works n rights. - The liabilities incurred by Zuckerberg could not cover the liabilities incurred by Pricilla Chan. Firstly, as said above, she does not belong to Facebook Personnel. Secondly, she hasnt been legally married to Zuckerberg in terms of legitimate marriage procedures to date. Even in case of being in CEO wifes capacity, no legislations allow her to have access to Facebook operations. This notice is a warning to Pricilla Chan n her family for their wrong belief, confidence n boasting that they could totally rely on their associations with influent n powerful persons in order to do whatever they want n whenever they like. Any individuals/ institutions/ organisations are governed/ regulated by n are liable for strictly complying with the legislation sets of the community they are operating in or related to. Everyone is equal before law. This Chan family need to be more educated and improved in their knowledge in social values, legal values, moral values and family values so that they know how to control themselves when trying to sell themselves in front of the publics eyes in order to avoid public discourse and outrage.
