For Nancy, who gave me 5 (whew, short list!) Five things most people dont know about me: #5 - I really want more kids, but being in my 40s, its just not that simple. #4- I believe in spirits/ghosts. #3 - I had never visited the Indiana University campus until I went for freshman registration/orientation, but both my mom and dad went there, and it was a 5hr drive from DeKalb, so that was all I cared about. #2 - My middle name is Kathryn, named after the dormitory hall my mother lived in at MacMurray College. I later stole this idea of sorts and gave my daughter Kate (full name Kathryn) her middle name of Laurel, the car dealership where I worked when pregnant w/her: so sentimental! #1 - When I was in my early teens, I had my entire room plastered with Duran Duran posters/pictures...AND (this is the best part) I used to kiss this one particular poster each night before I went to bed: 20 kisses for Simon, 15 for John, 10 for Nick, 5 for Roger, and 1 for Andy, who was clearly the least attractive of them all, but I didnt want him to feel left out. Yeah...this revelation clearly outshines the rest.
