For Ssebo Museveni to remain in power he need Joseph Kony more than Kony need Ssebo. Ssebo is crystal sure Kony with his less than 500 soldiers will never overthrow him but he will put the masses in absolutely fear hence rallying behind Ssebo out of fear.
