For Veterans Day...more priceless pictures of my Dad during WWII. In one picture it looks like hes sitting over the entrance to a bomb shelter, so maybe this was taken in England. I wish I knew for sure. Heres what Dad wrote on the back of the other photo: This is myself and Alfred Leo. Freddy is from Brooklyn. Now when you see a Rebel from Georgia and a Yankee from Brooklyn arm in arm like this you know that the Civil War is over. Leo is second generation Italian, and he speaks Italian fluently. He has a wife and kid back home. Honoring veterans everywhere for their sacrifice.
