For Website Wednesday this week, we would like for you to take a look at our Artifact of the Month. Most people associate the Battle of Cold Harbor with the June 3rd attack, but Grant and Lee maintained their lines there until June 12 and casualty figures for the entire battle were about twice that of June 3rd alone. One of those casualties was Andrew Porter Scott, who was wounded on June 7th and had to get this prosthetic arm after having an amputation on June 8th. moc.org/collections-archives/museum-confederacy-artifact-month?mode=general
