For a city awash in money youd think by now theyd know how to handle the homeless. My place has a shoes off policy. The streets often are like zoos, for real. Its not joke. I Yelped a popular rock and roll hotel for allowed homeless to crap, shoot up and snuggle right on their sidewalk in full view of everybody. These CALI PHONIES dehumanize the homeless by coddling them. TAKE THEM OFF THE STREET INTO SERVICES - IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LIVE INDOORS YOU CANNOT DO IT ON THE SIDEWALK.
