For about the price of one meal, the Jacksonville Council for the Arts will be selling one-of-a-kind bowls created by local artists. The annual Soup in a Bowl fundraiser allows individuals to pick from dozens of $10 handmade bowls from local potters Becky LaPadula, Ben Watford and Nancy Newman. That bowl is their ticket to unlimited soup from a variety of local cooks. On this year’s menu: at least seven hot soups, stews and chilies, two cold soups and several bread options.
