For all my retired military friends please explain something to me. I went to the Little Creek Amphib base today to gas up and when I got there I see the package store is open so I take a ride down to the commissary and exchange and to my amazement I see the exchange is open but the commissary is closed. So I was thinking you can buy clothes, jewelry, garden goods, and anything else they sell in the exchange but do not try to buy food it is no use the commissary is closed.
