For all that want to bash Gloomis for there customer service this here is my latest experience with them. I broke the tip on my 1263 GL3 on the Skeena system this year. Shipped it in on Friday. They received it yesterday am, fitted a new tip section to it, shipped it back out and its on my door waiting for me as we speak. Three business days complete turn around. Thats pretty darn good customer service in my book!!!! And that was just with the standard warranty service not the expeditor program. Kiley Brehm Andrew Marshall
