For all those who didnt know Shea did not compete in the final night of the don gay finals in Kansas, The reason for this was, a rodeo icon (I use the term loosely) mad fun of Shea after his ride on Friday night about his pink chaps and top hat made by SCALA, Shea rode 95X of Pages, if you look at his pro bull stats Shea rode longer than pbr world champions has rode this bull. This person proceeded to go into the locker room and continue to try and humiliate him even more, Shea rides in his Pink BREAST CANCER AWARENESS chaps which he made himself and his top hat, He is proud to wear these in honor of his grandmother and his aunt who he has lost to Breast Cancer, this person showed just how little of a man he is, Shea chose not to ride Saturday night and he will never compete in another one of these shows as long as this person in involved in it. This outburst from this person caused the UBBI to lose over $2000 in ticket sales for the Saturday night performance, we have a lot of family and friends in the Mulvane area which my wife was raised in that area and her family and friends all still live in the area non of them attended due to this. I am glad they chose not to attend, All the sponsors needs this brought to there attention what has taken place at this event. Shea just turned 17 a few weeks ago and he and all the other riders his age and younger are the future of the sport of bull riding, This person told me he feels sorry for bull riding if this is the future! I feel sorry for him I have seen him fall off dinks and I have seen him one jumped which he seems to forget about those. Again please express your thoughts on this to the sponsors of this tour. We will no longer endorse this association or attend any of these events. One last thing There is less than 10% of the bulls in this association rode for 8 seconds Shea is one of the riders who has made 8 second ride and won less money than the people who bucked off you figure it out for yourself.
