In my duties as Founder and Chairman of The Association of Film Location Services I was responsible for the creation and oversite of The Government, Marketing, Education, and Contract Committees where we standardized film industry location contracts. Was also responsible for the creation of the ethics committee and the oversite of its Arbitration Panels for problem resolution where we also created the industrys Codes of Conduct. Lived in Newport Beach , then up on Summit Ridge drive and Mulholland in Beverly Hills, also in the Miracle Mile off Wilshire Blvd and Detroit St, then Loz Feliz. Was blessed with a magnificent romance or two with woman I admire, respect and still have the fondest of feelings for. If you watch reruns of the 6th and 7th seasons of Cheers when Kirsty Ally was on it and Matlock and a bunch of other shows made in L.A in the 90s you see me all over the place and I also appear in the background of many of the movies I worked on like in the opening of Less than Zero with Robert Downy Jr. Came back to NY to take care of my mother before she passed away and became active in the development of Baysides Bell Blvd Business Corridor. Im completely dedicated to the community these days and seem to always get in the papers- a lot, either in the Hollywood Reporter, Daily Variety, Variety International, The L.A. Times, The New York Times, Production Magazine, Film & Video Magazine and The Queens Press for the work I did out in L.A in the film industry or with the internet, or in The New York Times,The Bayside Times, The Queens Chronicle, The Tribune, The Courier, The Rhode Island Journal, Patch and a few others for my work in Bayside and issues I follow with economic development in NYC and most recently I was on a two page spred in Crains Magazine and on CBS television and ABC news and in The NY Daily News and The Huffington Post with Micheal Douglas & Catherine Zeta-Jones, and with Justin Timberlake & Jessica Beil, Mark Zuckerberg & Pricilla Chan, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Halle Berri & Olivier Martinez for my political postion on marriage in America and my concept of The Love Contract and I was just on Fox network on a piece about social media clauses in pre-nup agreements. Go figure Heres a link to that spot --> video.foxnews/v/3638026745001/prenups-getting-a-social-media-makeover/#sp=show-clips In gratitude for all my good fortunes and all I have and been blessed with I am giving back and currently volunteering an enormous amount of my time and donating an equal amount of my financial resources to construct and provide the town of Bayside with a gorgeous, community enhancing media and communications infrastructure and my gift of its own micro-market TV channel and companion smartphone app. Its a labor of love Over the last few years Ive also been very active in real estate in Montauk, The Hamptons and Manhattan and was recently a lead investor in a restaurant downtown with Bruce Willis and my good friends Lenny Linar and Chris Sileo (of Chinatown fame) . Ive also just recognized how much fun it is to name drop So, Im just your average guy next door, but. I do not believe; that what I know is all there is to know, that what I feel is all there is to feel, that what I am capable of perceiving is all there is to perceive. I have an insatiable desire to hear, understand, embrace and call my own, the truths of others and to broaden my horizon of understanding and experience beyond the limitations of my own filters, senses and experiences.
