For beginners. Focus on technique rather than lifting more weights. Your technique builds up the base. Dont overtrain your muscles. Give them enough recovery time 7-8 hour sleep. Increase protein intake and eat clean. Stop listening to multiple advices, follow one trainer. Not every bodybuilder is a good trainer. Knowledge and experience is the key. Do your own research, dont be afraid to question,but question the right people. There are a lot of fake uneducated people willing to fool and trick you to buy stuff off them. Stay motivated! Stay fit.
