For just a short time, I have been following advice given me a long time ago that I found difficult...and that is to eat every 4 hrs...be sure to include proper amounts of protein and complex carbs and fats, make it small meals and snacks, yogurts, nuts, carrots, cucumbers, celery, peppers, cheese, cottage cheese, peanut butter, apples, orange, pickled to hard boiled eggs, even a protein shake......carry a small lunch bag /cooler...drink water, maybe with lemon or lime in it...it balances blood sugar and keeps ya from gettin that famished feeling where you grab convenient food that are often unhealthy. Balanced blood sugar really makes a difference in energy and general feeling of well being! Weight comes off t but , steady, but noticable ... on days I do this and prepare, I am much better off and fsr easier to get along with. It isnt rocket science, but we often treat it like it is....sometimes people comment and say it is too much, and judge, but hey..everyone has an opinion, no? Be true to yourself, the rest will fall into place.
