For lots of reasons I find this video hilarious and VERY accurate. Dont get me wrong, I love when people changing their lifestyle and habits share their insights to others. However, once they cross the line of being inspirational to actually bragging about their wounds and talking down about other workouts (specifically those without weights involved) its just annoying and pitiful. Specifically, we dont care to hear about you you threw up from working out so hard Please #dontbethatCrossFitter
