For many people, the last week-plus has been intense, challenging, and transformative as we find ourselves pushed up against and looking at our usually hard-to-look-at personal blocks, desires, and shadows. Looking at this through the lens of the Mars/Saturn in Scorpio alignment (exact Monday) and upon observing and reflecting upon myself, those around me, and the world stage, Ive seen certain prominent themes and inquiries. I offer these to you in case they help shed light that inspires greater awareness and/or a deeper sense of peace. * Connecting to and expressing desires that reside at the deepest strata of our heart * Understanding and admitting hidden/unconscious motivations * Creating a sustainable structure through which to express our passions * Knowing when to push forward and when to let go * Discovering our definition of and relationship to honesty * Committing to taking responsibility if we choose to stir the pot * Seeing our compulsive nature * Taking stock of any sadistic or masochistic tendencies we may have * Realizing when standing still is the best way to move forward * Feeling like something is a life-or-death situation, even if it is not * Deciphering between the constructive and destructive nature of destruction * Plunging deeply into the groundswell of transformative experiences, which may trigger our deepest fears and rattle our attachment to being in control, but which we have undeniable faith are just what we need to dive to a whole new level of authenticity, peace, liberation, exquisite joy, and love. While the Mars/Saturn conjunction is Monday, it seems as if what we are learning, facing, and (hopefully) integrating in these realms may continue for a while. Namaste.
