For my dads birthday this year, since he no longer has a body and isnt interested in earthly gifts, Ive decided to give myself my body back. I come from a line of pretty deep neglect on all sides, especially when it comes to caring sweetly for the body and nurturing wellbeing. The truth is, though, when you show your body love, it loves you back. Ive overcome a ton of programming around what Im worth, how I deserve to be cared for, and this is transforming what I buy, what I feed myself. As I feel my body starting to come back online, I am becoming aware of just how ill I have been, how hard my sweet body has worked just to function everyday, how many days and months it has kept me home when I wished to be out in the world connecting and having fun or even just being able to work. My humblest apologies to so many people I have had to turn away and a few I may not have even remembered to get back to because I just wasnt feeling well enough to be properly in the world. Your gut and your brain are like twin flames, they work best when they can work together without toxic interference. Please pay loving attention to what you bring into your temple, your future body is being created from your input, literally. You, as much as anyone else in this whirled, deserve to THRIVE.
