For quite some time, the Baking Bug has bitten CaLites. But for poor, unaware me, the domino effect started when Teji Singh posted information about Mr. Y :) The first domino to fall was Nazneem. Seeing her, I wanted to check my yeast. So I fell. Then Sirisha Mantha, Nisha Pillai and so on. Yesterday, Michelle Pavri got me back into the line, and I ended up baking Focaccia. Now this domino (ME), is loving the game, and the falling, so much, shes falling again and again. So here is the result of being bitten by the Baking Bug today. Whole Wheat Flour and All Purpose Flour (50 : 50) herbed Focaccia, which also got made into stuffed cup buns :P Have posted a lot of pictorials, which will give a very clear idea of how it was done. It is basically the same recipe that I followed for Focaccia yesterday, but with few changes. Have posted the recipe in that post. But for those interested in this one, RECIPE, LATER TONIGHT :)
