For some of you who dont know. My husband Steven almost died on us on Sept. 5th . He had a massive heart attack. Our daughter Autumn came home from school walked in the house. Her daddy had his hand on his chest telling her he just had really bad heart burn. She asked if she could go to her friends house. Which is just a few houses down. Thank the Lord she had forgot something at our house and she came back home to find Steve collapsed on the floor not breathing. She sent her friend back to her house to get her parents. Her dad rushed down to our house to find Steve not breathing and no pulse. Me and Courtney had gone to the grocery store and when Autumns friends mom hope called me we were a block away. Her husband James had already started CPR on Steve the had the ambulance on the way. It seemed like forever b4 the ambulance got to the house but there was probably six cop cars showed up first. The only had to shock him one time to get his pulse back. Which that said at the time that was a really good thing. Needless to say he flew on a helicopter to Tulsa Oklahoma Heart Institute. He was taken in immediately to have a camera put in his artery in his groin they found the blockage and put a stent in. They were figuring that he was down about 10 to have15 mins. The docs at the second hospital did not think he would ever regain conscienceness. They definitely did not know my husband. He was awake the next afternoon. They waited a little while b4 they took the intabation tubes out. Then he acted like a crazy person for the next four days . It had me really really scared. I told the nurses that he was not acting like himself and they finally checked his oxygen level and it was in the low 70s so we got him on oxygen regular and it came back up. And he returned to his normal thinking and acting. He still has to go in and have another stent put in. The Dr.s and nurses said he survived the widow maker of all heart attacks. We are so lucky he is still with us. Thank You Jesus. The good Lord knew he was still needed here on earth. I give thanks for everyday that we have together. I LOVE THIS MAN WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL. WE ARE DEFINITELY SOLEMATES AND MEANT TO BE TOGETHER ALWAYS. Here are some pictures from the hospital.
