For ten years, I had been afflicted by the grievous cervical spondylosis. Yearly I had to live in hospital a period of time to accept physical remedy. That’s miserable reminiscence. But all the anguished recall will never turn up again for I have casted off it. My old sickness doesn’t attack me since I have excised yoga. I do yoga half an hour day in and day out, extruding my legs and arms, turning neck, twisting waist and releasing daily stress. I do recognize that yoga have shaped a new me not only on appearance but the mental state that I am more optimistic than usual.
