For ten years, I had been tortured by the fearful cervical spondylosis. Every year I had to live in hospital a period of time to receive physical cure. That’s torturous reminiscence. But all the grievous recall will never appear again for I have casted off it. My old illness doesn’t attack me since I have excised yoga. I take yoga half an hour day in and day out, extruding my legs and arms, turning neck, twirling waist and releasing routine pressure.
