But the earlier you come the better chance of getting kale and the best produce. Local fruits and vegetables in season are: avocados, papaya, longun Chinese guinep, June plum, seasoning and hot peppers, eggs plant, callaloo, lettuce, kale, bananas and plantains, pumpkins, long green beans, goat meat, chicken and eggs plus a whole lot more. I am told that tomatoes should soon come in.
