For the first time, my blackberry has failed me. My 9900 refuses to turn on, and one place I took it too thinks its the Motherboard. I am in desperate need of a blackberry technician who can jailbreak the thing so that I can not only get my contacts off but more importantly interview audio files that I desperately need. Yes, Ive taken out the battery, bought a new battery, plugged it in without the battery, etc. There is no media card; apparently the information is still in the phone. Also spent two hours yesterday on the phone with blackberry. I uploaded the backup file onto their server, only to learn that it was corrupted during my last backup because of all the problems.
