For the last week Ive been in Torquay with Renn and Jess helping them open Blackmans brewery. Theres some great beers on tap. No surprise my favourite is Reginald. A big west coast style ipa. Weve been making mustards, beer snags, tortillas (with beer in them of course) and seeing some awesome food tattoos! Last night was the soft opening and all went well. Another one tonight before we open up next week. Its been 6 years since my last opening and Id forgotten how much fun they are. Mitch.
