For the next week pick something to do for ten breaths everyday. Maybe it is closing your eyes and observing for ten breaths. Perhaps ten breaths in Tadasana. Surya namaskar for ten breaths, or cat/cow for ten. What you choose is your prerogative. Watch how this consistant thing (breath or sequence) each day stays constant while the world around you, the daily activities and the stressors/joys change. Relish in it as a tent post that keeps you steady while the world around you flows like a river. Let me know how it goes.....
