For the past four weeks, we had been having discussion concerning this Ebola virus epidemic. So for this week, I would like for us to discuss some of the possible treatments that can be used for this Ebola virus. For now there is no known cure in Africa. But with some of this remedies that the hospital centers are providing, you could survived the virus. If it is detected early in your system. There is a possible medication called Zmapp in America, that has been proven medically to cure two American patients that was infected with the virus. But that medication is not avaliable in Africa yet. It is being evaluated for possible processing to be used. With all that being said, let us discuss Ebola virus 104. These are the treatments that the hospital centers provides to the patients with Ebola Virus: Supportive care Provided patients with a lot of fluids(electrolyte) via Intravenous(drip). Maintaining normal blood pressure Provides a lot of oxygen for patients Treats other infectious diseases that might developed while infected with the virus.
