For the past two weeks Ive been in some pretty heavy yoga teacher training in Halifax, which my lovely mother Patti Clark signed(strong armed) me into:P. I was extremely scared,nervous,excited for and what Ive experienced for the past two weeks will be one of the most intense things Ive been blessed to be a apart of. Although I wasnt at par with all of the talented people in my training I left any fear at the door and tried my absolute best. The people Ive met are beautiful and I have restoked a fire in myself that burnt out temporarily. Im thankful for this opportunity and am stoked for the days,weeks,months ahead of yoga and all its gifts. Dont dwell on the past its gone, dont stress on the future because it hasnt arrived love in the present, because its surely a gift. Thank You Ma.
