For the past... well.....since 2007 when I started doing faux painting and cabinet refinishing, all of my work has been done in my spare room that was used as a studio. Even with the doors shut, the smell of the primer and paints wafted throughout the house. Plus, Id have to go outside to do all of my sanding *neighbors didnt appreciate that, Im sure). Now, I can do everything in one place....... So I have some good news to share with everyone (NO... THERE IS NO BABY ON THE WAY): I just got the keys to my first cabinet refinishing studio! Its a very small space, but its big enough for me to do more than one kitchen at a time!!!! Needs a little TLC, but nothing too expensive. Hoping this is the right step in generating more work for myself. Plus, it gives potential homeowners a place to see my work samples.
