For the people that call Australian or any other Western World countries soldiers Baby Killers or Just want to kill people you are the lowest most naive type of person. Through history the Royal Australian Defense Force and the troops inside of it have risked and lost there lives some never to come home or see there childs first day at school so that you are still free. The thanks they get is Baby Killer Just disgusting. Here is a reply from a US soldier after a woman said soldiers are Baby Killers: Youre right. I did sign on to be a soldier. I signed on to obey all moral, ethical, and just commands given to me. Thats part of my oath. Even more so is the oath I took as a medic to help all those who come under my care, so dont confuse me for a murderer, because Im not. As a matter of fact, I just came back from deployment and while there I treated 3 children whom the Taliban shot at a place called Hatal in RC South. Its an ugly thing to kill people, but I dont walk into peoples homes and execute them. We have ROEs, or rules of engagement, and while they can get us killed we understand that they are just and keep us in the clear while keeping innocents safe. We are not monsters maam. We are your neighbors and more importantly, we are the people who will without hesitation or question keep you safe at all costs.
