For the record #BERNARDANDWILLIAMS senior photography is horrible. My reviews are on google and its not just me saying this. Make sure you have your kids senior pics taken very early, as #CCSD MAKES you use these loosers. (I wonder if CCSD gets a kick back) MY evaluation of them: AKA #BERNARDANDWILLIAMSLASVEGAS. I have never seen such poor customer service. My son had an appointment in August which was scheduled as a group shoot of many poses. When he got there they only allowed him to have his shoot of the tux as they were really busy. Then we had to schedule another appointment of which we then had to cancel because he was ill. I called and left a message, and recieved no return phone call. I did this 4 more times, with no call returned. No one ever answers the extensions, and no one returns calls. When I finally got a hold of a human, she told me that the reason that they had never returned phone calls as this is there busy season, and the extension to senior portriats is 11 not 9 as stated on their voice mail. Then she told me she was going to handle my concerns, then disconnected me; and again did not return my call! Bernard and Williams has been given poor service to the seniors in Las Vegas for years, as there is no competetors (please see their reviews on google for Bernard and Williams, which is a 2.1 out of 5), but I was hoping when Life Touch purchased B & W, it would improve. I was wrong. Because its B & W only, or your kid does not have a senior picture in the yearbook. It almost seems they choose complacency & give poor service, because they dont have to worry about any competition. They should let people know its the website to schedule, or take your chances with the phone as that is simply un-customer friendly in everyway, as there is NO personal customer service. I will now be contacting #PaulHarmel - Chairman and CEO or #RandolphPladson at 11000 Viking Dr #2E, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. The phone # is (800) 736-4753. Please feel free to use this contact info, as you are not going to get any help via phone here. Thank you for reading!
