For this Al Qaeda threat, the credit goes to the traitor Snowden - TopicsExpress

For this Al Qaeda threat, the credit goes to the traitor Snowden who believed “Americans should know what the government is doing” in name of national security. By this he meant the whole world, including Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups, should ALSO know how terrorist attacks in the U.S. are prevented. So Al Qaeda smartened up and decided to focus and re-direct all their resources OUTSIDE the U.S. After all NSA could access ALL texts, e-mails and phone calls. Good job Snowden. Come winter you might just get snowed-in. On the other hand our local LEO’s could, I say again, could have a bit of break since the brunt of terrorists’ operations are overseas. But then there will be more complex work for RV people. Excerpt: “Friday, Aug. 2, 2013 - WASHINGTON -- The State Department issued a worldwide travel alert Friday because of an Al Qaeda-linked terrorist threat that had already prompted plans to close U.S. embassies in key Middle Eastern countries. U.S. officials have noticed an increase in communications between militants in recent days, apparently related to the end of the Ramadan holiday Wednesday. The State Department on Thursday disclosed plans to close embassies in Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Libya, Iraq and other nations on Sunday. The embassies are likely to be closed for a few days, officials said. The State Department is charged with warning Americans when traveling conditions are unsafe, for which it issues regular alerts. Rep. Ed Royce (R-Fullerton), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, told CNN that Al Qaeda had been linked to the threat, which he said emanated from the Middle East and Central Asia.” U.S. issues global travel alert, closes embassies over Al Qaeda threat By Paul Richter – Friday, August 2, 2013, 8:40 a.m. latimes/news/world/worldnow/a-fg-wn-us-travel-alert-al-qaeda-threat-20130802,0,3236290.story
