For this amazing day, Creator, let us honor all that is past. We thank You for new opportunities. For family and friends, for love, laughter and music, we thank you. Watch over each and every step that we take. Guide guard and protect us from the all that is evil. Let us live our lives and honor the day with truth and love. Grant us time to be alone with you and to see clearly Your hand on our lives and to recognize the sacred in ourselves and in others. Bless and increase our capacity to love others, especially those who are different from us, those who are sick, hurting, wounded, addicted, angry, lost and lonely. Grant us Peace we pray, today and always. Amen.
