For thoes of you who know me know that i love my animals my horses are lile my kids they come first i never treat them bad and alway have their best interest at heart i keep them all up on their shots worming and trims i ride them on a regular they always have feed and are on nice green grass and during the winter they have round bails of hay plus have hay in the barn for tthe cold nights they stay in they have blankets also but i have a question for all the older people who have had horses for alot longer than i or have been in the horse buisness for years now mind yyou ive been in the buisness for about 14 years now working and owning them does anyone think its aa bad idea to put shoes on the frount only while working tthem im gping to start bbarrell raceing and thing its a good idea for my horse to have them just want opinions on what you would do i also do alot of trail rideing i have always puut shoes on the frount of all my horses while they worked consistent because i had my blacksmith and vet tell me it wwas best for the horse but i want to know what you all think am i being mean to my horse in anyway hurting it in any way i think i should know by now seeings how i have owned and still own horses and have competed befor but ive been told tthat i shouldnt that my hprse should have shoes so im just askin
