For those at home whove not attended any marches, and receive your news of events via RTE, you could be forgiven for thinking its only a relatively small portion of the population getting out onto the streets...this short video by Mick Daniels, on calculation of protester numbers in Dublin & Waterford city on Nov 1st sets the record straight..Waterford protest 23,500 based on 2 persons per sq. mtr...RTE reported 5,000 attended on the day. Dublin OConnell St only @ 45,000...RTE NEWS estimated 10,000. Given there were 48 other rallys countrywide... the REAL numbers must have been huge...unreporting & spin...all part of the game, question everything! :-)
