For those of you around Russellville who have been or will be contacted in the coming days by Alarm Protection USA, I would like to pass along an experience that I had today. We had our systems changed from another provider to this company this week. The sales person & tech guy were very nice. We had the new wireless system installed at 2 different houses. Today the alarm started going off and customer service was called. The lady said she could tell the problem was a bad sensor and that a tech would be here at 11am . At 1245pm I started calling the service center. The first time a lady answered , and said she would check the status of the repair. She put me on hold and I waited 10 min. Hung up and called back , it took 18 minutes for someone to answer. The lady said we had reached the after hours answering service. She attempted to contact me with someone. , this took another several minutes. After numerous connections , the thing is still not fixed & no tech in site. . Feel free to tell them about this or show them this post if they do contact you. If you call the 888 number and get Ashley, believe nothing she says. !!!!!!
