For those of you planning for the Zone challenge: here is a way to calculate your blocks so you can get started! Take your lean mass in pounds (this is listed on your scan or can be calculated by subtracting your body fat from your total weight) and multiply it by .8 (this multiplier is used in assumption that you are an Active individual; 1 hour per day, 5 days per week). Then divide that by 7 (days or a week). That will be your total blocks for the day. I will put an example in the comments. Remember to bring your scan results to Emily and get your pics taken next time youre in. Sunday 1-3:00, Monday 8-1:00.
