For those of you that didnt know - the Door County Historical Society created the Heritage Village at Big Creek to give families, school children and visitors the experience of living like pioneer settlers and sharing in the simple community life. One of the last venues that is open to visitors of all ages for FREE! It is located on land leased from Crossroads at Big Creek. We like to work with Crossroads to provide an environment for all ages to enjoy. Budgets are always tight in a non-profit, so any amount that you are able to donate is always appreciated and can be mailed to PO Box 71, Sturgeon Bay WI 54235.
