There is a way out, Another lettter compiled by Mike Murphy this time.Come on legal Buffs,lets get these packs back that were sent it out of fear and intimidation...............................Some time ago i may have wrongfully sent a completed application to your office. I wish to notify you that i was acting under extreme duress and in fear of repercussions from both government and civil sources. I believed that i would suffer the loss of my water supply and face severe penalties from a lack of compliance. It has since been brought to my attention that irish water is a private company and does not have any of the sweeping powers i was led to believe by the media and public in general. You may take this as official notice of my recission of any offer of contract and also point out that a contract signed under duress is inadmissable in any court. Please confirm my removal as A customer by return and also confirm that your records will be updated in such a way as ALL of my personal data with be removed.
