For those of you victims/members who are signed up for core/spin this year..... Even though Smitty usually has enough stability balls to go around, I suggest that everyone bring their own if you have one just to be sure you have one that is just the right size. If you dont have one yet, I suggest you get one, and start getting used to it. They are a great, low-tech Core tool and I have a few surprises in store for yall....... Oh yes....there will be weeping, and gnashing of teeth.......
