For those of you who are not following what is happening in Ukraine right now let me give it a quick break down. First Ukraine decides that its economy is too unstable to manage, so they form a group of people from their senate to decide what can be done about it. In a near unanimous vote the senate decides to ask for help from Russia by rejoining Russia as a state again. Next the Ukrainian General of the Army takes over the military and kills the president. The senate gets back together and decides the only way to keep the country safe is to ask for help from Russia ASAP and to set going back as a part of Russia for 9 days later. Insert here the United States, NO we cry, rejoining Moscow will violate your constitution (the one we wrote for them 17 years or so ago) And now we are imposing sanctions against Russia and threatening potential action in the Crimea region of Ukraine. the EU has not taken such action, they have denounced the actions of Moscow, however they have no plans to impose sanctions or bring troops. Dont listen to your media, in this case we again see where America would lose a key position by having Ukraine return to Russia, and despite this being what the people of Ukraine want (lets not forget that up until about 30 years ago they were all Russian)America is willing to stop at virtually nothing to prevent this from happening. America is rapidly losing ground as a financial power in this world, to help secure our position on the global scale we use scare tactics and violence to assert authority, a textbook bully government.
