For those of you who have been to our house, you have all seen Franklin, Michaels turtle that my dad bought for him at the age of 1. We have had him for 14 years. Sadly he passed away on Tuesday. After some research we have concluded that he was somewhere between 60 and 70 years old! They only live for 70 years. So happily he lived a full life and was very responsive to us when we would open his tank lid and talk to him. We all cried. It was a horrible thing to happen since hes been a part of the family for so long. Does God accept turtles as well??? :) R.I.P. Franklin the Turtle! He will be buried in our front flower garden if anyone would like to attend his funeral. 😊😊😊😊
