For those of you who would like the coconut cake recipe here it is. Coconut Cake 1 white cake mix 1 can sweetened eagle brand milk 1 can cream of coconut 1 tub cool whip 1 bag sweetened flake coconut Bake white cake as directed on box. When cake is done poke holes in it with a straw. Pour one can sweetened eagle brand milk and one can of cream of coconut over the warm cake. Completely cool then spread one regular size tub cool whip over the cake then spread bag of sweetened flake coconut over the top. Refrigerate This can be made ahead and served cold.
