For those who are looking for a quick fix, a short cut or even a miracle supplement, think again! To be in, and stay in, tip top condition requires new habits, a changed mindset and a relentless focus to the job at hand. Its a two pronged attack, the first part is training smart enough to force to body to constantly change. The second part is to adopt a healthier diet and this is where people tend to let themselves down badly. The modern day fast food outlets, binge drinking mentality, caffeine loaded drinks and basic greed have made it tough to stick to a healthier way of living. I am thrilled to once again be working with Steve Bogdanovski who is on a serious mission to reclaim the condition he reached with SALT FITNESS 18 months ago. What has happened? Quite simple, life happened. Things get in the way and time gets allocated to other things. Steve trains as hard as anyone I coach and as a trainer I cannot ask for more than that! There will be pain, there will be exhaustion and there will be ridiculously early starts, but I assure you, he will succeed! This clip shows just how hard Steve works as I run him through drill after drill. The Reflex Stick, Power Rope Pull Throughs, Sand Bag Shadow Sparring, Weighted Ball Sit Ups, Soft Bag Jump Squats and finally some contact endurance sparring with me. This is what it will take to drop 15 to 18 kgs and keep it off!
