For those who dont understand how criminal prosecution works, if you cant get a grand jury to bring charges, there are no charges to bring. All this protesting is being ginned up by various left of center factions, from the Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson race baiter crowd, to the Revolutionary Communist Party USA, to Muslim fundamentalists; none of whom give a fat crap about what really happened to Michael Brown, but all seeking to advance their respective agendas. As culpable as they all are, there can be no ones more responsible than those doing the burning, smashing and looting. Showing this kind of disrespect for their own community does not engender any sympathy from the public at large, and only serves to cast a brighter light on the puppeteers who are manipulating the masses.
